GRRR...DH just called to ask me to pick DD up from daycare so that he can go help his parents move more of our stuff out of our old house. No biggie except that I didn't get a chance to WI over lunch and I was going to do it on my way home, but now I'm not sure if I'll have time. Boo!

Well girls...no major damage after mon. night's binge. Actually, I'm down 2.8 since mon. am but weeks total loss is 1.6. Coney burgers are a local thing i guess...the patties are boiled in h20 and onions.. then topped with sauted onions, chile, and cheese. Deffinately NOT OP! But one of those intense, after drinking cravings! When i W'dI my councelor said that because I increased my h20 by 16oz for the past 2 days I probably couteracted the alcohol- but to stop letting my emotional state dictate what i eat. If only it were that easy!

Default Fish

MarBear - I love Tilapia and a 4oz. raw fillet is 100 calorie, total fat 1g, sat. fat 0.5g, cholesterol 50mg, sodium 180mg. I usually eat two fillets - 200 cal. with broccoli or asparagus and it is the most satisfying meal ever. I ate red meat for two meals last week and gained weight. Red meat and starches are my downfall. I'll get my starches from baked yam, oatmeal and some cereals rather than bread. Bread is my killer also. I wish you luck with your fish cause I love catfish also and will not eat it at this time because it a fatty fish.

later,

I just fill one of those dasani bottles (20oz) up 4-5 times a day.. I stopped drinking everything else, (except my occassionaly wine). one cup of coffee in the am... and then 40 oz before noon, 40 oz afternoon. Some more in the evening..

The funny thing, is when I went to the 32 oz bottle, I wouldn't drink as much.. thanks to the tips here, I just squirt some lemmon juice into it everytime I fill it up.. helps with bloating..

Default Tilapia Recipes

Don't know much about putting recipes on the board but, found two websites for us. The way I cook it is very dull (seasoned, flip once on the gas grill)

http://ag.arizona.edu/azaqua/ista/recipes.htm
http://www.recipezaar.com/r/422

Hope this helps. I'm going to print some of these for myself.

I love bread! When we would go for Italian food, I would ALWAYS have to have them bring bread at least two more times because I would eat it all! I've even had them bring new bread so I could take it home in a to-go box! That is why I couldn't stay on my low carb diet! I missed the Sourdough bread too much!
