Hi everyone i am new.. i started the plan 6/4 and i am already down 6.5 lbs... i am soo excited!

bkfst

1/2 cup oatmeal
8 oz milk

snack a.m.
sm apple , 1/2 la lite

lunch
can of tiny shrimp, 2 cups lettuce with ken's lite reasberry walnut dressing

snack p.m.
sm orange, 1/2 la lite

dinner
5 oz orange rouphy, green and red peppers, sm potatoe w/butter spray, breen beans, la lite

and lots of water!!!

Kate and Ruby you are really helping me i feel like i am stuck in a rut!. i seem to eat the same things .. i dont want to get bored so i appreciate you posting.

(i was hungry )

i think i had more vegetables and not enough protein i guess it kind of balances out. i dont think i have known anyone getting fat eating veggies
oh and i did not get in all my fruit.

i will work on that for today.
