Okay so FI says for our June challenge we have to journal This time I'm gonna do it from my diary - the day after....that should be way easier for me. I plan on being POP for all of June Becuz I want to do what you have listed as your goal #1 also.

June 1 & 2 I did the two-day unilmited take-off, so today I'm back on the plan!
B - 4" whole wheat pita with 1TB FFCC and 1TB All Fruit - 1S, 2Free
S - Lite, 1/2 cup orange juice - 1F
L - 3oz pouch tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1/4 med carrot shredded - 1P, 3V
32 oz water so far. Will edit later to finish the rest of the day.

Jill,
1/2 small baked potato counts as 1 starch. An entire potato would be 2 starches.
128oz of water is too much, will make you retain more water.

*THis is my plan for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, my counselor would not let me add 1/2 P to gold plan a la Star, but told me I could split my protein as long as it was the same one, ie, 3oz & 3oz chicken or 1/2 Tb and 1/2 Tb PB.
