so I am starting take off tomorrow as well Riylee, are you doing half juice/half water? and are you measuring out 946 mL? I am going to go searching for the sunrype juice today hopefully I find it!

I am using the full 250ml per, and I took half water in the morning, towards the night I just drank it by itself because I nearly drank 3L of water (hot hot hot day for me!)

I forgot how much I didn't like Take offs >.<;

I will most likely pace my self half water half juice tomorrow though, just a hectic busy monday :)

When I did LAWL, I was told that instead of the juice I could eat a whole canteloupe.

Hello I am new but wanted eveyone to know that I use the "Hollywood 48 hr Miricle Diet" Juice as a substitute.

I sware it is the exsact same stuff. It taste the same even nutrition facts are the same. They sell it on Amaxon or I get it at my Local Fred Meyers/Kroger grocery store. It has had the same effect for me but the bottle reads not to eat any food while on thier diet but I drink it & follow the take off plan.

I found that the 48 hour Hollywood Miracle Diet drink tasted better. Of course that is only my opinion.
