Knudsen's for Take Off
Can anyone provide the directions for doing Take Off using the Knudsen's juice?

Use it the same as the LAWL TO juice...drink 4 oz. of juice, blended with water to taste - I add 2 oz. of water to my 4 of juice, the LAWL standard is equal amounts juice and water, but I think that makes the Knudsen's juice TOO watery - 4 times a day for two days (so, total 16 oz. of juice plus however much water, per day). When I did the TO they told me I could have unlimited protein and fats and fresh green veggies, but no dairy or fruits. Others have been told to have limited protiens...I know there are directions in the Free to Live booklet, too.

Thank you VERY MUCH. I have never done the LAWL Take Off. This info is for a friend of mine who is doing WW and had reached a plateau. she wants to try this and see if it jump starts her losses again. |
Carmen, the other plan is to have two lites a day, 2 servings of veg and 6 oz of protein, with 4 oz of juice 4x a day diluted as you lke it. This may not work for your WW friend

I just finished my TO days on the 1st and it was the unlimited proteins + green veggies. Plus I was to make sure I got the fat in and the Morton's Lite Salt. |
