That thread was getting pretty long. How is everyone. I go weigh to see today. We'll see how well the juce worked. I go to a bachelorette party tonight. It is in louisville, so we are staying the night. (2 hour drive) I love weddings, but I will be glad when all these weddings are over with.

I guess I will go for now.

Crystal

Bela67 03-31-2001 08:56 AM

Hi Crystal - weddings are fun, but they can be a real diet killer can't they? How did juice taste? and do they let you eat food as well?

I weighed in last night and was up a pound - I knew 8 pounds in the first week was to good to be true, but 7 pounds gone in a week so I am still happy. I have to go to a dinner tonight at one of my favorite italian resturaunts.

Have a good day all

honey55bun 03-31-2001 10:47 AM

You get 6 oz. of protein and 2 green vegetables all day. PLus two la lites. I lost 3 lbs. The first day wasn't bad. The last day it got kinda hard.

The juice isn't bad. I'm not big on those juice combos ex. strawberry-orange, orange-banana., etc. Basically that is what it is.

talk to you later, Crystal

ladydi 04-01-2001 12:47 PM

HI

Thanks for starting new thread Crystal...I have been thinking about doing juice...does it fill you up.??.Mom gave me some info on it , I am still trying to decide, you know I am not big on giving LAWL additional money,,but I am keeping the option open, 3 lbs is a good loss...I figure I pay 14.00 for a box of shakes,,,23.95 is not that bad...
I haven't weighed in for 3 weeks at the center, I am only suppose to go once a week, I usually go on Saturdays..Last week I had water weight gain so I didn't even bother, this week I was busy...I do weigh at home so I am doing okay, no significant loss but I am holding steady...
Bela: 7lbs is still good,,,when you think about it that is alot..keep up the good work..are you still gettin busy on the treadmill??
Hello to everyone else, hope you are doing well with the program and exercise....keep moving and losing!!

shortstuff 04-01-2001 05:52 PM

HI!!

Hi everyone!!

I wanted to stop in and say hello because I won't have time the next couple days. I leave to take my kids to my mom's on Tuesday and fly out to Korea on Wednesday morning. I am beyond excited right now although what I'm feeling is more stress at the moment, trying to get everything done. I have sooooo much to do between now and then its not even funny. Sooo, I'm saying hello now and I'll be back in about 2-1/2 weeks!!!!

Have a terrific couple of weeks everyone, I'll see ya when I get back!!

BonVoyage!!
Terry :):)

honey55bun 04-04-2001 07:24 PM

where is everyone?

Well, I made it through another weekend. I stayed the same tuesday. I was horrible over the weekend with the bachelorette party and all. I was so glad to have stayed the same. I know it is all due to the weight training.

I hope everyone is doing well. I will talk to you all later,
CRystal

Bela67 04-04-2001 09:39 PM

Hi all

Crystal congrats on maintaining - how was the party?

I weighed in Monday and had lost 3 more for a total of 10 - weighed in tonite and stayed the same, which I am happy about considering its ttom. and My mother keeps stealing my bars!!
I am still puffin away on the treadmill and figure when I get to 200 (only 24 pds to go) I would look at maybe joining a gym as well- I think there are some muscles under there somewhere1

keep well all

ladydi 04-05-2001 09:28 AM

HI

Hi everyone...
Crystal: I know you glad the parties are over...didn't you do the juice??,,I decided Iwill due it next month before Memorial Day...

Bela: congrats on you loss,

I will be weighing in Saturday,,haven't weighed in for 3 weeks...
I ordered some clothes out a regular size magazine, they fit perfectly!!..I was soo pleased,,I got a pair of white jeans they are actually to big, have to order a smaller size, I got a 14, I can get in a 12 now...not low for some women, but a 12 is fine for me, I am tall,I don't want to get down to a size 10, then be disappointed because I can not maintain it...
Keep moving and losing ladies!!
Di

barbs88 04-05-2001 01:22 PM

Hi Terry, Hi guys...remember me? Glad to see you are sill hangin' in. Everybody still having success?

Got a question...maybe someone can ask their center. Just how long do these bars last? I have a ton left from when I quit and even though they aren't bad, I'm doing WW again and they are just too many points for me to waste on a snack. If they have a shelf life I'll hold onto them, if not I guess I'll have to pitch them or mail them to you all :).

One more thing...and I don't mean to be a bummer, but one small correction... If you eat other brands of bars you not only loose your rebate, you will have to start paying the weekly fee again if you pass your goal date without hitting goal.. that's if your center is a hard-case....like mine was.

Keep up the good work!!

ladydi 04-05-2001 02:34 PM

barbs88

just in response to rebate...It has always been my undestanding that it if you do not reach your goal weight by your goal deadline you pay for additional weeks whether you have used their lites or not...

I didn't reach my goal weight according to their timeline; I just went right to stabilization and now I am on maintainance....I have just contiued to loose on my own, on maintainance you are suppose to weigh in once a week...

barbs88 04-06-2001 12:38 AM

Lady Di
Technically, I guess you are right since nobody on this planet can possibly follow the plan to an absolute T without ever messing up even by accident. BUT...according to the contract (at least the old one I signed), if you don't get to goal by goal date and YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PLAN EXACTLY you can come for as long as it takes for no additional weekly charges (you still "have to" purchase bars). The trick is of course that you have to be absolutely exact...come in 3 times a week every week, never sample your kids b-day cake, or in my case, never lick cheetos dust off your fingers :). I guess it is possible if your center is leinient or you are obsessive compulsive but in the real world, nobody can be that exact. I'm just glad everyone is still doing well.

I started back at WW with a very defeated attitude. It didn't work before, LAWL didn't work, I'm a failure ...yadayadayada. BUT so far so good at WW. I've been there 9 weeks and have lost 16 pounds (ALMOST the 2 pounds a week LAWL promised) and I get to actually HAVE bananas, raisins, carrots, canned food, FUDGE!!!, wine, anything on the planet I want... as long as I count it. I am still dredding the "plateau"...after all I hit the wall at 20 pounds with WW AND with LAWL, but hopefilly, now that my hormones are settled back down to normal (Abby is now 3!!!) I may be OK (I hope, I hope, I hope).

BTW...here is a freaky thing...I read in a mag that SOY can SLOW your metabolism!!!!!! Being a natural estrogen and all, it can do weird things to your hormones, your fertillity and your metabolism. I don't know about that. Soy still seem so have such a great rep. But YIKES.... wouldn't THAT explain "the wall"????? Now I'm scared to eat the dern bars.

Keep the faith...we are all aiming at the same target.

Barb

ladydi 04-06-2001 08:47 AM

Hi everyone

Where is everyone??..How is everyone doing...
Mom, Tosca, Bela....Crystal I know you are fine..

Barb: I understand what you are saying about LAWL, I had a real problem with them thinking you are not suppose to slip up every now and then, it is very unrealistic...but reading the boards helped me deal with it..I feel my weight loss is my responsibility first, how I acheive it is up to me...after I reminded myself of that it was easier to deal with LAWL...
and it all boils down to what works for the person...good luck with WW...are you exercising??

I never heard that about soy...I guess it is how you incorporate it in your diet, because the Asian women comsume allot of soy and you see they are rarely overweight..but they do eat alot of fish and vegetables..

Everyone take care and good luck on saying OP...

Di

Bela67 04-06-2001 01:06 PM

Hi Gang, being an ex manager of LAWL I felt I had to say something about the contract issue - of course this was 2 years ago so I am sure it may have changed - if you follow plan - (staff goes by diary and your chart) and you do not make goal by your date you will continue on plan free of charge until you hit your date BUT you have to come in 3 times a week and follow plan - and yes I had seen clients achieve goal in time - I have also seen people not follow plan (but I only had a piece of cake, and oh yeah some soda, etc) and then yell at me because they were not losing - well being OP myself I know that a "piece of cake" for most of us is not the only thing going on - I always used to say if you follow the plan it works, once you decide to do it your own way , its not our plan anymore - this made sound harsh but it was usually after I got my face ripped off because a client gained and "couldn't understand why", I also have to tell you guys this - it used to be 3 pds per week! can you believe that ! they used to estimate 3 pds per wk loss! anyway, I had a client who transferred to my new center as her time was drawing to an end, she did not hit goal on time - we reviewed her chart found she had basically stuck to program - only missed a week for vacation - and asked for hold status for that week - she only had maybe 5 deviations so we gave her her time - i think it depends on your center/staff to, staff can play a HUGE part if you are not getting the support you need -

I think differant people need to work with differant programs - some people can handle less restriction than others - I recommend WW to people all the time - I think it is a great program - its just not for me - I could never have that kind of control - I need restriction , thats just me. Its all a matter of what works for you -

Barbs - I am sorry you had such a crappy experience with your center but I am glad you found WW again - I think its a great program to - lots of luck :)

Ok well, I will be back later after weigh in - I hate weighing in at the end of day after I have drank 93oz of water, and ate all my food - thats the only stinky thing - cause I am always 2 pounds lighter at home in the morning.

Have a good day all - talk to you later

Bela67 04-06-2001 01:10 PM

by the way - Barbs I will find out today for you about the shelf life of the bars - maybe they are like Twinkies....20 years! LOL :) I will let you know tonight

bye for now Bela

barbs88 04-06-2001 05:35 PM

Bela:
Thanks in advance ...about the bar thing.

Yeah, I've gotton over my anger and resentment at LAWL... a year of anti-depressants has taken the edge off ;). I don't want to rehash the entire ugly story, but what made me the maddest was that the last like 12 weeks of my program I was virtually "stuck" and I was getting no support or encouragement or answers as to what I could do to get back on track. I was following the plan, at least I thought I was. Then when my goal date came and went they whipped out my file and showed me all these little "red marks"...had salmon 2 days in a row, had beef and potatos too close together... dumb little things that I didn't even know were violations and THEN they proceeded to tell me how I had violated my contract and if I wanted to keep coming, I had to pay them the $8 a week again, even though I still had 28 weeks left in my paid up year. I felt I was being thrown out to make room for someone with a fresh credit card. I assumed if I paid for a year...I got a year... but then, they knew that is what I assumed. That is what we were all told. They made the mistake of getting the waiting room backed up and we actually SPOKE to each other out there. If that is what we all thought, it must have been in the presentation. I spent a total of $900 give or take a few, lost 18 pounds in 6 months and immediately after leaving gained that back PLUS another 16. I just got back from weigh-in at WW and I am finally back to the weight I STARTED LAWL at. My next mini-goal is to get to where I left off at LAWL and then I will feel like I'm actually getting somewhere and not just regaining lost ground. Like I said, I am happy for all of the success stories no matter where or how they are doing it. I just think that MY center misrepresented itself and the contract and someone should have turned them in to the attorney general or something. You can't lie to clients like that. I don't plan on hanging on these boards but I did want to check on the bar thingy.

Hey...when can we see Terry on a commercial???

P.S. I'm not exercising as much as I should but I'm trying. Bought a GREAT treadmill which I absolutely love. My LAWL center strickly PROHIBITED exercise!!!

Bela67 04-06-2001 11:04 PM

My gosh Barb, you were in the center from ****!

I can't believe they prohibited exercise - thats awful! I am so glad you found a program you like, and feel so bad you had such a bad experience with them - to bad you weren't around ny - could have gone to the scarsdale center :) well i hope you still keep coming to the lawl board :) I put in a call to my old assistant , who is now the manager at my old center , she will find out about the bars for you.

Well gang I weighed in tonite and much to my suprise I was done another 3 so that is 13 pds in 2 weeks :) I must have stocked up enough water for a lifetime in this mushy body ...lol :)

Hope all are well!!

LadyBug's 04-08-2001 11:23 AM

Is this for real?????

Hi, I am a newbie to LAWL. I have been on it since Mar 31. AS of today I have lost 11 pounds. In only 9 days I lost what would have taken me usually 6 weeks to lose ( and that was only if I did not yoyo getting nowhere ) I am just wondering is this for real or should I say safe? I have always heard contrary. Diet experts say losing too much more than 2 pounds a weeks is too fast and will reaccumalate back after you quit the weightloss. How many of you gals experience this much in such a short amount of time and how long did that great loss continue. Also what happened next ? Plateau's, less losses per week, or did more come back on just as quick? I am way too impressed. I guess I just don't trust a good thing....LOL Still going strong but how long???? ladybug

Bela67 04-08-2001 07:30 PM

Hi Ladybug and congrats

Yes, it can happen, first off it depends on your starting weight and your eating habits before you began program - I have lost 10lbs in 3 days on take off (not this time, this time I lost 7) and have been back on program for 2 weeks and have lost 13 pounds so far. For me I know it is a lot of water (despite the counselor telling me no) also going from eating 3000 to 4000 calories a day and now eating between 1200 -1800. You will level off, shortly, and if you don't and continue to lose too much per week your counselors need to reevaluate which color program you are on . as for plateaus, every one's body is differant , I spent 4 weeks at 185 last time I was on program and then finally broke through and lost 4 pds that week - good luck with program and feel free to pm with any questions if you like

Have a good day all

honey55bun 04-09-2001 08:35 PM

I haven't been here in a while. I was waiting on the email that tells me there is a new post. I never got one. So I decided to check it out and, whoa, I have missed out on a lot.

The party was great. I stayed the same. I had a wedding this weekend. We'll see how that affected me. I really am becoming a believer in the strength training. It helps when you have events and you cheat. It has worked miracles with me. I wonder how much I would have lost without the slip ups. I will find out soon, when all these occasions are over with.

I don't think I am buying more weeks. I think I will try it on my own. How does stabilization work? I guess I start that this week.

Di- did you continue doing the program or did you do the stabilization? How much have you lost since you stopped the weight loss phase?

I will talk to you guys later,

I will check back instead of waiting on an email :)
Crystal

karenwarren 04-10-2001 09:21 AM

Hi, Ladies! I have been doing LAWL since Jan. 6, 2001 and have been doing great! I have lost 49 pounds. I am lucky it seems like I have a less strict center. I have been a little worried bcause I was told I could lose my 100 pounds in 33 weeks. So Far, I am on track but I am only half way there. I hope I can maintain my goal after losing so fast. With my program I have 1 year of after the 6 week maintance so maybe I can keep it off. I am thinking positive but a lot of poeple say over 3 pounds a week is too fast. The manager we have lost her weight this quickly and it has been years for her. I was wondering if any of you are losing that quickly. I seem to be rare at my center. Most are losing 1-2 lbs a week (at least what I ahve been told).

I have visited your group before when I joined LAWL. This is my first time posting here but I do post in another club. I thought it would help me coming here since all of you are following the same plan as I am.

Thanks for listening!

Have a good day!
Karen

Bela67 04-10-2001 10:36 AM

Hi Karen,

Congrats on your weight loss that is fantastic! I have to tell you, when I first joined LAWL 2 years ago, they determined my weight loss on a 3lb per week basis, and I was losing more like 4 pds per week - I followed plan to the tee and was exercising - then I started working for the company and I screwed myself all up (talking about food with clients all day long really did a number on me, when I got home I would binge like crazy) anyway, when I rejoined they estimated my weight loss on 2 lbs per week and made me take some stupid PEP test (which, they charged me $50 for, did anyone else have that?) Anyway, back to my point, everybody loses at differant rates, I had a mother daugheter team, and they were both on the red plan, and the daughter was losing like 2 pds a week and her mom was losing 4.

As for keeping it off when you are through with program, the only advice I have (as someone who has yoyo'd her life away), is REMEMBER what you learn as you go along - with ANY weight loss program, you cannot resume old eating habits once you hit goal, you must modify your eating habits to mesh with your new eating lifestyle, sounds like you are in a good center and they will help you with that. Congrats again, you are quite an inspiriation!
(sorry if i sounded preachy, I just had a big discussion with a friend of mine , who had WLS and was trying to tell me that I should have that done and not "Waste" my money on joining program - so I am a litttle sensitive about the whole diet industry issue right now.

Hope everyone else is well

I weighed in last night and was up 2lbs, I was not upset because I could not go to the BR for the last 2 days, so of course the counselor (who had no idea, I worked for them previously) was telling me to try the EFA's and the tea, I told her no thanks I will stick to Miller's Bran and prunes...lol

We will see what tomorrow's weigh in brings. Stay well all

mom2twins 04-10-2001 01:04 PM

hi all

Hi all. It has been about a week or so since I've been here. My sister and family were visiting from NJ. She has two little ones, so between hers and mine the house was a three ring circus. My eating was a little out of control. It is Passover week, it is tough. I haven't weighed in in a week. I am going tomorrow. According to my scale, I am down 1/2 lb. I hope it is true. Even though my eating wasn't the best, I continued to exercise. So I guess it is helping. I read the whole thread about the LA weight loss disaster. I have given up on my rebate, I missed a weigh in or two, and definetly was not on program the entire time. I am not going to lose the rest of my weight in the prescribed time frame either. I don't know if I'll go right to stabilization or pay for some more weeks. We'll see. Honestly, I know the program is expensive, but it is working for me. I'm not ready to quit entirely!!!!! So I just may continue to pay and buy some more bars. I still have some left on account. I substituted some LUNA bars so I haven't used entirely 2 boxes a week. I think I'm done with buying the products though. They are too expensive and I love the LUNA bar.

I think my next goal is to get to take the extra time to get to goal weight so that I can do stabilization and maintenance. I never learned that on weight watchers and I think this time I really need to learn how to keep it off. Any thoughts anyone?

I hope everyone else is doing well talk to you all soon.

ladydi 04-10-2001 04:24 PM

Hi

Hi everyone: glad to see everyone is dong fine.
Crystal I have lost only 5lbs while being on maintainance. But I consider it my own type of maintainance I just weigh in at LAWL to keep myself accountable. plus I paid my money!!
I continue to work out and I can wear a pair of low rider boot cut jeans now!!, (hipsters are what they used to be called when I was growing up--I feel so awesome when I have them on..
I have maintained my loss, I am still 5lbs away from my goal weight, it will come, I am at peace with what I have accomplished so far.

bratty3 04-10-2001 07:14 PM

I am thinking about joining LA weight loss the first
week after Easter. I was wondering honey55bun
how the center is in Owensboro? I work at the
hospital & alot of people that work there are on it &
seem to be doing fine. I have tried just about everything else. Hopefully, this will work for me.

honey55bun 04-10-2001 08:21 PM

I
bratty- I like it. I knew a girl who worked there before I joined and I got the low down. There are actually good counselors. I have been successful. Not as successful as the posters they have. I have lost almost 30 lbs since October. I have also did cardio and strength training. I decided to not buy the extra weeks and to do the stabilization and maintenance. I didnt want to pay anymore money. I graduated from Hancock Co. high school. Are you from hawesville?

DI- How long have you been on maintenance? I plan on trying to continue the weight loss at least until I get pregnant. Hopefully around July or August. It sounds like you have done great. I hope that I am as successful.

Mom- it sounds like you are getting back on track. I feel that is what moderation is. Being able to eat somethings, but then knowing when to get back on track. Keep up the good work.

karen- welcome here. Glad to hear you are doing so well.

Bela- I had to take some type of blood test and it was around 50 dollars I think.

I will talk to you guys later,

Crystal

ladydi 04-11-2001 08:32 AM

Hi

Hi eveyone...I am glad everyone is doing well..

Bela: I never had a 'pep test"..I did have a blood test as Crystal did, I asked once about it but was told it took it least a month to get done, I was never givin the results. the price was included in the 300.00 I paid when I joined. . the pep test must be something else they have devised to get more money out of people.. You are doing good..you know what you have to do..

Crystal..time has gone by so fast, I believe I started maintainance at the end of Jan. . Congrats on your expected conception..of course I have always believed in not giving them more money for extra weight loss weeks, and since you want to conceive I think that would be a reason not to.If you continue to do light exercising while you are pregnant and watch your portion sizes you will do well. .... a healthy baby should be your first concern.

talk to ya'll later...Di

mom2twins 04-11-2001 09:34 AM

Did I miss something here? Crystal are you pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant? I thought they put your program on hold when you are pregnant. Either way it is good news. My girlfriend got pregnant the minute she got to goal weight. I guess that is better than before losing the weight. It would be better to stabilize for a few months before getting pregnant if possible. It seems that for me anyway, the weight comes back on right away, I will always need to "watch". That is why this time I fully intend to go through stabilization and maintenance. Something I've never learned to do on weight watchers.

honey55bun 04-11-2001 10:32 AM

I am not getting pregnant right now. But we are preparing to in the next 3 to 4 months. I really didn't want to get pregnant with all the extra weight. I am on stabilization now. I am not at my goal, but I don't want to pay extra either.

I know what you mean about it coming back. I have never went all the way through a program either, but I plan on weighing in until I have to stop due to pregnancy.

I hope everyone has a great day. Talk to you all later,
crystal

mom2twins 04-11-2001 08:05 PM

I weighed in today and was down. My total loss is now 41 1/2 lbs. I am very very pleased. I talked to the counselor today about not losing the weight in my prescribed weeks, she recommended buying 4 more weeks. My average is 1.7lbs a week, I have 4 more weeks on my contract and 16 1/2 more lbs to lose. I guess I will wait and see how much more I can lose in the 4 weeks. I am happy with my average weight loss. I can't be perfect all the time. The counselors at my center are very understanding. Not so understanding as to give me more weeks without paying, but honestly I didn't follow the plan 100% either. My two friends who joined are doing well too!!

Crystal: I think it is good you are on stabilization before getting pregnant. What is stabilization like?

Di: You lost 5lbs on stabilization, did you feel like you were learning the skills to maintain your weight, even as you were losing?

Bela: how are you doing?

Karen: Wow!!!! You are losing fast. Good for you. What is your weekly average? I am impressed. I guess stabilization and maintenance will be really important for you. Sometimes it takes a long time to make this new eating style a habit. So if you lose it too fast it may not be habit yet. You do sound really motivated though and that is half the battle.

karenwarren 04-12-2001 07:44 AM

Hi, everyone. I weighed in Yestersday and one more pound gone. I am at 50 pounds the half way point for me. I am thinking about not buying bars anymore. I have paid for 33 weeks to lose 100 pounds. I also have paid for 6 week + the year after that. I was wondering will I still get all those weeks if I reach my goal in time? I am spending about $110 a month on bars and I could really use the money for my 3 Year old. (We just found out his speech therapy isn't covered my our insurance) If I contine on my current average I should reach my goal early. Any suggestions?

Mom, I have lost an average of 3.5 pounds per week. It is fast and I do follow the program closely. I think it is because all foods were my weakness and when I gave all the junk up I haven't been craving it. I Have been on LAWL since Jan. 6, 2001.

Well, I better go now.

Karen

mom2twins 04-12-2001 08:25 AM

Karen,

I know what you mean about the speech therapy. My son gets it too. $35 dollars a week, not covered by our insurance. He was getting occupational therapy before that. OT was covered, go figure. Actually switched therapists not too long ago, this one charges 10 dollars less and comes to the house. If you check with your local elementary school, some of the speech therapists do private cases and they tend to charge less than the therapy centers. Good Luck.

ladydi 04-12-2001 11:21 AM

Hi

Hi everyone,,just dropped by to see what was up...
saw Mom asked me a question...

Mom: I have done my own form of stabilization/maintainance..I think since going to LAWL they gave me the foundation to get my eating habits under control..I didn't reach my goal weight on time..so I decided not to pay for more weeks and do stab./maint. my own way...I have paid attention to what they have said but "ultimately" it is my responsibility and I have to do what works for me..I really don't consider myself OP anymore. I just hang around here for motivation and support.

But yes I do think I have the foundation to maintain. I know I have to drink my water, exercise at least 5 days a week for a hour and watch my portions and fat intake.

I read a article this morning about quick fix weight loss gadgets, I am just copying a few lines, I luv the last line about the fork!!
"Article"

You've seen zillions of ads for phony weight-loss devices
that range from the simply ineffective to those that are
dangerous to your health. At a minimum, these devices are a
waste of your hard-earned money. Some of the more
fraudulent gadgets that have been marketed to hopeful
dieters over the years include the following:
The claim for "appetite suppressing eyeglasses," which
are just common eyeglasses with colored lenses, is that
they project an image to the retina that dampens the desire
to eat. There is no evidence to date that these work.

- Those "magic weight-loss earrings" and other devices
custom-fitted to your ear purport to stimulate acupuncture
points controlling hunger but alas, have not been proven
effective.

Unfortunately, the major device that affects your losing
weight is your fork! And you'll want to use it less, not
more.
- J. McKim

Continued success to all!!

Stabilization is like the regular diet with a few things added. 2 to 3 veg. extra a day, and some condiments. Also an extra milk. I guess it depends on what plan you are on when you go on stabilization. I'm not sure. I am going to start a new post. SEe you there!

Hi everyone
WOW!!!!!! It's been a LONG time since I posted. I guess I kind of gave up on 3FC. I tried to--but, everytime I tried--it was still down. I am glad to see a lot of the old names, as well as some new.
Just wanted to let you know that I now have lost 42 pounds (since Sept) I haven't been following the plan too much the last few months. Myself and my hubby went away about a month ago (we had a GREAT time) (I gained 3 pounds----but, I have since lost it.
Bela-----when did you work at the Scarsdale office??????? Maybe I know you.
Take Care everyone
