Hi Shy and everyone... well I ended up down a couple pounds with TO... but I dont think TO is best for me.. my sugar tends to run on the low side so the lack of carbs just leaves be really lethargic and extremely hungry (no matter how much I eat of proteins). I KNOW the TO DOES work...so please dont give up on account of me anyone. I just have to get on the blue plan and stick with it. So i was doing well through that weekend and then I gave into peer pressure at work the whole week. I need to knock that off though. I am planning on getting preggo soon enough, so I really need to get back to healthy eating (I consider LAWL as healthy and not *just* a diet). I already have plans for tomorrow.. eating out (but I plan on having a free day a week anyhow).. so I will go ahead and do that and get back on track Monday. I am tempted to try the TO again, but it might not be a good option in case the little egg is trying to get settled in
So as of this morning, I was at 169.... I am going to try again this week!!
We can all do it! There will always be distractions, two step forwards, one step back, but as long as its important and doesn't fall off our radars, we can bounce back from the distractions. I have done it before, I can do it again
