Could i get some feedback from anyone who has used either e-diets or L.A. Weightloss? I'm trying to find a plan for myself and would like to hear more about these two. Pros and Cons. Typical meal plans and cost would be greatly appreciated!!
Hi Chris-there is an LAWL suppor thread here on the general diet plans forum-feel free to ask the girls over there about cost and whatever info you want to know about it-or pm a member or two ever there and talk to them.
