Glad to hear what everyone is doing. Congraduations Juliemarie that you only have 3 lbs to your goal. I have to lose 20 more lbs.

I'm at a standstill with losing any weight. I was injured in a mva rollover in June. Fortunately, I wasn't seriously hurt, just lacerations on my head & hand from hitting the car door window. I did suffered a tear in my left leg hamstring. I'm so bummed that I can't work out at the gym & feel like an old lady limping. I try waking on the treadmill at 1.5 miles & no incline but leg hurts too much.

Last May, I ordered the LA Rapied Results when they offing 50% off everything. I got 16 boxes of lites & 2 bottles of TakeOff for $130 with tax. The Program Guide was missing from my order so they sent me a PDF. I would be happy to share.

The new program is basically about the same but it's now 4 meals a day.
