Had my first visit!
 

Well everyone,

I had my first visit today. They are starting me out on the juice program for 2 days and on Wednesday I go back and get my actual diet plan.

Here where I live the bars are $14.00 per box. I guess every area is different.

I weigh 222 lbs. I can't believe it I feel awful.

I need to lose 87 lbs to be at my goal weight of 135lbs.

They gave me 46 weeks. can everyone give us a rundown on how long you have been on the program and how much you have lost. A little boost for the new people to the group!

Well, tomorrow is the big day, we'll see.
