I belong to Gold's Gym for the last 2 years. Had a session with a personal trainer, found out my health age is 10 years older than real age and I'm well, well below average fitness level. What a rude awakening. The computer program says, I should lose 40 lbs. OMG. I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks. The trainer says to try for 20. She said I should change my workout, been basically walking on the treadmill. She wants me to use the elipitical for 10 min. Use for 2 min & walk around the gym, go do 2 more min. etc. I now do it for 5 min straight without my thighs screaming.

C'mon guys! Is anyone going to start a July LAWL friends thread? Juliemarie, JLem... all of the old timers and super-slimmers... can't let this thing die out. Still counting on your posts for inspiration!
