Smart Phone Apps

has anyone found a good weight loss app for iphone or smartphone that ca be used for tracking LA Weight Loss specific items?? There are lots of calorie counters, but I'd like something that I can just check off starches, etc...as I use them. Ideas??

I can recommend iWatchr. Not sure how LA Weight Loss works though. iWatchr is very customizable. They have intake categories you can check off as well as set the calorie/fat/whatever counter to a custom formula.
