Rapid Results Menu Question
 

Hi - I've searched the posts and can't seem to find the answer to this question. I purchased a weight loss package from LA to Your Door. At the time, I was put on Menu 2. I have lost weight and now need to switch to Menu 1 as the loss has stalled. LA to your Door wants me to pay $14.95 plus shipping for the new menu guide. Anyone have the Rapid Results Menu Plan 1 daily servings and meal combo breakdown?

For those of you interested, here is Rapid Results Meal Plan 2.
3P, 2V, 2F, 2S, 1D, 1F, 2 LA Lites

Combo Options:
Meal 1 - 1p, 1S, 1F
Meal 2 - 1F, 1D
Meal 3 - 1P, 1V
Meal 4 - 1P, 1S, 1V, 1F
Plus 2 LA Lite

Combo Options:

Did the plateau breaker last week and am ready to use the Menu 1 plan this week. When I look at your meal combos, there are 3P. Should I take a P out of combo 3?

Can someone please tell me the portions for this plan? I have the gold plan and chicken is around 6oz. per serving and I have the purple plan, which is what they put me on when they revamped, and a serving of chicken changed to 4 oz. So, that leaves me confused about this plan :) Thanks!!!
