Hello~
I did LAWL about 3 years ago and was successful. Life happened (and the center closed) and here I am right back where I started. I started the TO today (substituting the Hollywood drink for the LAWL drink). I've been reading through this forum for the last couple of days and think I should be on the gold plan but I'm struggling with what/ how much to eat. Can anybody help me please? Thank you in advance

I don't totally recall the plans, but last year an ex-counselor posted a LOT of plan information (portions, etc...) Her username is AndreaMarie. I will see if I can find the thread....

Thank you for your reply. I read these posts a few days ago but I'm still a bit confused on the measurements (wish I remembered from before). I'll just do the best I can.
