Here I go again...
 

I decided to purchase the LAatYourDoor (plan only). My thought was that if I spend $$ on weight loss (once again) that I might stick with it because I tried to do it on my own - with no success. I didn't want all the bars, pills, etc., (wasn't willing to spend a small fortune) so I just bought the plan. I got it in the mail last week and have successfully completed my first takeoff phase and started on Plan 4 of the Rapid Results Diet Program. Low and behold, I have lost 5.4 pounds in three days! Woo Hoo :carrot:- I now have the motivation to continue on my weight loss journey. This plan is slightly different than the old LA Weight Loss Plan. The books are easier to understand and easier to fit in my handbag.

I am on my way to my first goal of losing 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. Updates to follow...

Congratulations on having a really successful re-start! 20lbs by thanksgiving is a great mini-goal. There are some members that pop in occasionally that are doing LA to your door.

I'm doing the la to your door plan also. I'm down 18lbs since sept 21st...I wish you lots of luck on your weight loss journey.
