??? Need info on LA Weightloss
 

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this thread but not this site. I'm seriously considering joining L.A. Weightloss but I need some more specifics about the diet. Is it low carb? What is this color code stuff? What is the juice thing? What is the cost? I've seen their ads on television at $7 per week is that for real? I've had recent diet success with WW (I was following the points on my own) and some serious working out. I'd really like to rev up my dieting with the holidays on the horizon. All their success stories on TV seem amazing. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I am on the gold plan and get to have 2 slices of diet bread a day, or an equivalent amount of carbs. I chose to buy the lite bars which are snacks twice a day and the plan cost me about $1250. I have been on it for 3 wks and have lost 8.4lbs which for me is great . The plan is 25 wks of dieting,6wks of stabilization and the rest(Ithink 21 weeks) is maintenence. I know it takes 1` yr. You go 3 times a week which for me is a good thing, however I live in Buffalo so I don't relish going 3 times onc e the snow starts. Hope that helps.

The length of time you are on the plan depends on who much you have to lose. I bought a year of week and supplements (bar/shakes) and it cost me a little over $1000. I lost about 50 lbs in that year. Look for program coupons too! We get them in the mail sometimes.

This plan is truly great in my eyes. I began in Sept. the 3rd I believe and have lost 18 pounds in a little under 7 weeks. I paid about $400 for my years plan, and am buying my L.A. Lites (the snacks) as I go along, it costs more that way, but fits into my weekly/monthly budget better. Consider the program if you are serious about losing your weight and staying healthy.
