OK - started purple this morning after two days TO. Thanks to some excellent advice I am rotating Purple/Blue/Gold. Plan is to confuse my body with different amounts of calories during the week. I did a lot of research on calorie switching and it really is a great idea especially since I yo-yo dieted so many times and have really messed up my metabolism. The plan is Purple on the weekends, Blue on Mon, Wed and Fri and Gold on Tuesday and Thursdays. See how that goes. I am a "senior" female (even though I dont' feel like one) and have aobut 85 - 90 pounds to lose. Here goes ......
