Take Off

Hey all,

I am doing TAKE OFF for the first time in a long while and it is near the end of my first day and I feel crappy...dull headache!!!!!!!1

I will make it through this one.... eeeks...!!:carrot:

I dislike take-off. Never worked for me, except the very first time I did it. Are you using the juice drink or fruit? I read somewhere that you can use oranges, grapefruits and cantaloupe in place of the juice. Never tried it.
