Breakfast
raisin bran milk 1P (cc) Lunch 2 slices light bread 6 oz tuna 1T. mayo 1P, 2S, 1Fa Afternoon snack enormous smoothie 1 banana 12 strawberries 1 c. milk 3F, 1D Which leaves me with 1/2 P, 4V, 1S for dinner. Looks like a salad as big as my head is in order :) |

I am new to this site so thought I would chime in: Breakfast applesauce muffin yogurt 3 prunes snack: 1/2 grapefruit lunch: cheesy chicken and rice casserole 1 cup green beans snack: 1/2 cup jicama dinner: 6 mini carrots 2 fried eggs light bread with light butter evening: 10 cashews 1 oz cheese 2 tbsp raisins 5 wheat thins.. |
