Can someone assist me?

  • Hi all.

    I was sucessful using LAWL two years ago when I lost 40 pounds. However, I have since went off of the plan and gained it back plus some. Since that time, I have also moved and now I can't seem to find my stuff and I so want to get back on this plan.

    What I need is for someone to give me a listing of all the foods with their portion sizes for each food group. I also remember in the book that this information came in, there was also a listing of various cereals and common everyday meals such as hamburger and fries.

    If anyone has this information that could share this with me, it would be greatly appreciated.
  • Jeni, Unfortunately these portion sizes are not one set thing under LAWL. Depending on what sort of a plan you were on and which one. The numbered plans are different from the colored ones. Do you know what you did?
