Not impressed!
 

When my son checked the mail today I was so excited to see the package in his little arms because I knew it was my book. I read it up to the detox phase (since that is what I am in) and the recipes and the glycemic index in the back. I am not impressed. I learn more here than in that book! I can't tell you all enough how much I appreciate each and everyone who responds to my post as well as others because you all give me more knowledge and insight than that entire book. Thanks to all and SAVE YOUR MONEY!:dizzy:

My3angels, that is 'zactly the impression I got from reading the book review on 3FC. It is easier just to follow that and not over think it. Hope you stay with it, whatever "it" is..the detox phase ..Phase I could so easily be expanded with some more protein with the healthy base of veggies and fruits. I am doing much, much better following this even loosely than trying to stay so stringently on anything else.

Thank you for speaking out about it! I was going to go purchase it tonight, despite the fact that I'm already 4 days in, now I think I'll just save the money for more fresh produce!

You are so welcome! Luckily I bought mine used on Amazon and paid $4 for it so I guess I am not out that much! I agree with Maryblu about even extending the detox phase and adding a little protein. She hit the nail on the head when she said don't overthink this. I tend to overthink everything!
