Default last 10 lbs

Well, I'm down to the last 10 lbs. It's been a long road. My journey started April 6th of 2009 at 188.8. I'm at 142.6 and survived the Christmas and New Year Holiday. Does anyone have any suggestions to get the last 10 go a little faster? I'm on the gold plan and go to the gym 5 days a week. I do cardio for a minimum of 30 min and do weight baring exercises also. One day I'll do arms the next day will do legs. I still do express every Monday and Tuesday. Looking for any help to get this done and over with

girl, let me know b/c I am in the last 10 also and I want them gone! But, I am just going to dig my heels in and enjoy the ride.... no need in stressing over them.
