Hey Katie

I tried posting something yesterday but it did not load...i had problems connecting to 3FC.

Thanks for the encouragement...yeah I know 1lb of butter is a lot!Something similar...I was at the gym day before yesterday and tried to do some training with 25lbs...i held that weight...gawd!...it was heavy...and then I realized that I lost 27+ lbs...which I was carrying with me all the time!!!!
I felt good actually realizing that I have come a long way!
