Ideal Protein Program

Hi! Next week I will be going to an orientation for Ideal Protein weight loss. I'm interested in joining this program since everything else I tried didn't seem to work for me. I really need to get rid of those 222 lbs. for both health and appearance reasons. Anyone on the Ideal Protein diet you can let me know how you are doing. Thanks.:)
