Can someone please give me a typical days menu on Alli. I feel that it is hard to have at least 15 grams of fat at each meal. :o

You need a copy of the full-sized Alli diet plan book. You can get them on Ebay or Dollar Tree stores. Also, read your packet of info. with your starter kit.
