Omnifast - Looking for Experiences/Reviews
 

I am new to the whole dieting scene and was referred to a weight management center by my doctor. My dietitian has put me on a plan called Omnifast. I can't find anyone who has been on the diet or is currently using it. It's almost been a week since I started my diet, but I would so much like to get other people's feedback on Omnifast.

Nope, it is indeed called Omnifast. The boxes my protein packets come in have different names though. They are Advanced Health Systems, Health Wise, and Proti Diet. Depending on the packet, I can make soups, smoothies, drinks, omelettes, pancakes, puddings, or I can eat already made items, like, cereal, soy nuts, or bars.

I have never heard of Omnifast.
