Does anyone have a copy of the Free to Live Plan Menu

I am looking for the Free to Live Menu book that tells me the quanity of each portion. Thanks so much!:)

I got the latest Free-to-Live which I got in August.
Portion sizes :

1 serving Fat = butter,1tsp,5ml = 1 postage stamp
2 serving Starch = 2/3 cup pasta or 1 small baked potato = 1 soap box
1 serving dairy = reduced fat cheddar,2oz = Gum
1 serving protein = beef or pork(3oz),turkey or chicken(4oz)= Deck of cards
1 serving veggie protein= reduced fat peanut butter 2Tbsp = "D" Battery
1 serving fruit = grapes,17 = Tennis ball
1 serving Veggie = broccoli(1 cup) raw,1/2 cup cooked = CD disk

somewhere on this site "riylee" has typed out the entire book not sure where but its on here somewhere. theres an option to look for just her posts and i'm sure you can find it that way as well.
