Questions about getting started

I am on my second day of the TO. I go back today to get started. What exactly is included in the $170 PEP or program costs? Any supplements? Samples of Lites?

Sorry, but so many of the centers have closed (maybe all) in the U.S. So I have no idea what is included. Probably not much.
