beginning weight loss
Did you find that in the very beginning you lost quite a bit of weight? Ive noticed that the weight seems to be falling off here. Not sure if its just water that Im losing (though Im drinking a ton of the stuff) or if my body is just clearing itself out with all that water. Does it start to slow? So far Im really not feeling that hungry, like Im dieting. Im just listening to my body more than I was before... BTW I love this site hehe, I find myself coming here and reading about all of your success' and its helping motivate me :D Its my home page hehe

I've been dieting just over 8 weeks now and have lost 20 lbs. I've been pretty consistently losing 2 lbs a week, sometimes a bit less or a bit more, but fairly consistent, so no major drops or stalls.
It would sure be nice to get the fat off before a plateau...lol. |
