Absolutely! I actually wrote down everything my husband and I have eaten for the past three or so weeks we've been on the diet. I'll make a new thread for it since it will be a lot.

Im glad to see that this is successful for you all, im skeptical at best, but i figured "what the heck" i need to do something and this seemed like the place to start. Ive never been an athletic person, i actually loathe exercise, but if i have to, i have to....just need to find something that i like and that doesnt feel so much like exercise...dancing maybe? however i always feel foolish doing those at home programs like P90X or others, so i dont stick to them. Im hoping that this forum will keep me going and help me find the discipline to stick with it this time
