I have questions!!Back on Plan and SO much has changed!!
 

I joined LA in 1999 and lost 30LBS, returned in 2004 and lost another 30LBS went back again in 2006 Lost 20LBS and put my plan on hold due to a pregnancy. When I returned 75LBS post baby LBS heavier they had shut the doors and took off with my $575.00 in product!! UGHHHHH I know the program works, and the bars are like having a treat 2 times a day. I love the program! So I still have my colored plan "blue" that I will follow and I am eating zone and Luna bars. BUT what can I substitute the juice with?? What is Knudesens?? and what flavor or size do you buy and do you dilute it? What is the nutrition info on LA juice? I seen someone was selling a recipie for the LA juice on ebay? I am sorry if this is overwhelming...I am just so confused at all the info out there!

Many of us use the South Beach bars or Luna bars for replacement of the Lites. I personally love the SB ones.... soooo good!

you can also buy the lites at latoyourdoor.com. Instead of the juice you can substitute a half of a cantelope each day and follow the diet plan as usual
