I am looking forward to it, actually...last time i was on it, i felt awesome. but still a little scary!

Hi Becca...yeah it seems a little scary at first but its best to take it one day at a time. What I used to say to get me thru was "its only 9 days...its not forever." Its also a great feeling accomplishment to complete those 9 days. If u can do that, then the rest is easy...well to me it is...Good luck!

I'm on day 6 and I'm feeling pretty good! It isn't bad at all if you eat enough protein. I'm enjoying playing with recipes.
