Is small amount of soy sauce allow in p1? Please help

I am about to start P1 and would like to know if small amount of soy sauce added to steamed tofu for flavoring is allowed? I saw that low fat dressing was allowed but nothing was mentioned about soy sauce and so if anyone knows, please help. Thanks!

In the version of the book I have, it says that 2 tablespoons of soy sauce are allowed.
