cause see im trying to curb my hunger by eating tangerines, grapes, and apples, oranges... instead of eating ice cream
sooo what do you think? is it bad eating these too much?




Every once in a while I just have fruit for dinner if I feel like it, which isn't that often. A couple days ago I had about 3/4 pound of strawberries for dinner, sliced into Greek yogurt with vanilla & cinnamon, and a couple handfuls of whole almonds. Really enjoyed that. But usually, I like to get in lots of vegetables. It's not so much the quantity of fruit that affects me as the fact that it displaced the veggies.
