I haven't been feeling well this weekend and my laptop is DOA. I'm on DHs right now. I feel at such a loss not to have a working computer...
Food: I was off plan yesterday but don't know how many calories since I don't have a computer... I was definitely op Friday and have been doing well today too. Exercise: op Friday but offplan Sat and Sun, I keep going to bed to sleep instead of doing anything useful. I've gotten my TOM three times in four weeks. No wonder I'm tired and feeling blech, right? I take a ton of iron everyday, so I don't think it's iron defiiciency... I feel huge and bloated, so didn't even weigh myself today. Take care all! |
Made it home. I'm wiped. Back tomorrow! :wave:
