Hi everyone, Looking for a replacement for the shakes that they once had at the centers. The Luna Bars are a great replacement for their bars. I was wishing for a shake replacement also. I am going on the old Express plan starting on Monday where you lose 2 fruits and 1 veg and the 2 starches and get 3 la lites. I remember my counslor told me only 2 should be the bars and 1 should be the shake. Any feed back would be welcomed.
