Anyone else doing the bodywise bootcamp to lose weight
 

I have been looking threw threads, and finding alot of diffent diet plans, but i was wondering if anyone else here is doing the same plan as i am.

I have been taking the Bodywise Elance protien shakes now for almost a month now, and cant believe the diffrence it has made. They taste very yummy, and fill me up. the energy i have is amazing. Its very easy for me to grab and make on the go, i also have shake after im done working out. While watching the biggest loser they have often mentioned about protien..i never realized the diffrence it makes..ive started out at size 20 and today got into a size 16 jean(snug but did it) wich i havnt worn in 4 years.


is anyone else here currently doing this plan or tried it in the past?

Have'nt seen anything about the bodywise diet but have tried shakes before. What are some free foods you are eating on the plan to keep you full between meals. Congrads!!! You have done great
