NSV for me
 

Hi Chicks,

sorry I have been rather absent for the past week and a half. I have just had a lot going on I guess. However, I just wanted to share an NSV...

I went on a cruise over this past weekend... and I didn't gain weight :) :carrot:

Even with all the food being thrown at me. I even used the gym on the ship, and unless I was in heels I always took the stairs to get everywhere. I am so excited! :)

* After I got back from the cruise, I haven't been behaving so well (lots of stress)... but I plan on getting back on plan today. Already had my healthy breakfast :)
