Anyone else read the "Thin Within" series?
 

I was visiting some friends & family in D/FW this past weekend and picked up the last book of the series "Thin Again". It was my first time reading any of the books from the authors, Judy & Arthur Halliday. I feel completely different since reading the book, like the principles that were taught in the book regarding dieting/relationship with food, is something that could definitely last long-term. I just curious if anyone else here had read the books. I plan on buying the first one, "Thin Within" as well as the bible study guide that goes with it.
