Strip That Fat?
 

I saw a recommendation, in reply to some article on MSN, recommending this website/plan. It doesn't seem very expensive. I am exercising regularly so I am getting toned but I really would like to lose some weight also and it just seems my body is hanging on to the weight for all it's worth! I am 47 so I am pretty sure this has a lot to do with my age and being peri-menopausal, because I do not overeat by any means. I am thinking that a new plan might jump-start the weight loss and since I plan on sticking with the exercise forever, I am wondering if this might be the thing. Anyone use this? Thanks!
