Could you use the V8 Fusion Lite juice for the Take Off juice?

Interesting question... For the life of me, I don't remember what all was in the TO juice, but I would imagine that the Knudson's or the "Hollywood Diet" juice are pretty comparable...

I love the "Light" pomegranate (sp?) juice.. At 50 cals a glass, plus a whole serving of veggies and fruit, it's a great occassional suppliment.

Sorry that 's not much help... I would compare not only ingredients, but also the nutrients of both. The thing I liked about the TO juice was that it was a bit thick (if mixed properly) and seemed to be more filling than regular juice.

I wish I could help to, thats a great question I would like to know this too, as I know I can't purchase that here in Canada.. I usually use oranges when I do take off...

You can have a half of cantaloupe a day too instead of that expensive juice.
