Hi, can someone tell me what the total daily calories are on the purple pla, including the lites? Thanks so much!:carrot:

It completly depends on the foods you pick. For instance eggwhites as a protein has a lot less calorie for one serving then peanut butter does. Same thing for all your food groups.

Yea, I knew that could cause big fluctuations in daily calorie count, but I just wondered, in a perfect world, what LAWL would want for the total daily calories. There must be some # out there, as weight loss is all based on numbers. My center closed, but I want to do the plan at home and I cannot find all this stuff! Thanks again and good luck!;)
