Anyone Ever Tried the 9th Law Plan?
 

It's free and by a guy who calls himself "Professor Jay."

I downloaded the 35-page plan and it sounds like it's basically a low-fat version of Atkins. Just wondering if it's worked for anyone.

I need to lose about 30 pounds.

and what exactly will you be eating if it's low fat atkins?

ok...Please help..I went to try and download this and I got the email confirmation but when I there is no place to log-in?? It did give me the login and password..but I don't see where to do it..when I click on where it says to log in...the original place where you can view him talking just pops up?

Am I missing something? Help.:(
