Has anyone tried the pills...do they work? What do the shakes count as? a fruit? a starch?

Shakes count for 1 starch. I've used all of them, pills, powder and shakes. I liked the pills but I chewed mine- not swallowed them because I have horrible gag refulx with pills. The powder is awesome to bake with!
