Default Anyone done Take It Off Weight Loss at your gym?

I'm doing a "Biggest Loser" type competition at my gym and part of the plan is the "Take It Off" Weight Loss nutrition plan. It seems pretty simple and easy to follow. Just wondering if anyone had tried it and had success.
