Default Color Plan Question

Greetings to all reading this thread. I have a question about the "COLORED" plan for "AndreaMarie" on anyone else who might be able to answer this question.

Basic Information About Me:
I am Female - 5'2" and 35 yrs. old I weigh about 235 pounds. I am not currently working out. Not on any medications either. Once one of my lovely forum buddies can help me confirmed which plan is best for me I WILL be using the LA Lites or Substitutes.

My Question:
I went to LAWL when they were using the color plans. I have in my possesion RED1, RED, Purple, Gold and Green Plans. (my husband and I were both on the plan). Since I have gained a considerable amount of weight since I have last visited a center I am unsure as to what plan I should be on. I am not at all familiar with the "Number Plans" I wish I was. Based on my Stats listed above does anyone know which plan would be best for me to use. According the the LAWL Counselor I seen the last time I visited a center they told me that my ideal body weight accirding to my height would be 118-129 pounds.

Thanks for everyone's help. I appreciate it

Thanks "AndreaMarie" I appreciate your time and assistance. I will be starting back on the plan in the next couple of days (need to do some food shopping first) and I will try to update a ticker and my public Stats. Thanks again

I went searching for the Male plan info and found it, but realized that the plans were in this link and only the drop sequence was in the other - so I am posting it here. This is the info that AndreaMarie posted a few weeks back:

AndreaMarie - just for clarification - does this mean that men should not go below plan 3? My DH is right on the border of 3 and 4 and so I was going to try plan 4 w/o lites for him, should this keep him losing until he reaches goal? He is 5'6 and just about 200 lbs (he won't tell me the exact number).

Exactly!!! Men should at no time go below Plan three (they really need that protein!)

Yay! I'm so excited to know that I'm on the right track for him, I was worried I was going over on starches and protein, but this will work! With the exception of the veggies - I absolutely cannot get him to eat his veggies!

If he's not eating any of his veggies he needs to add in an additional serving of fruit. It seems like a lot but it's really not, especially for men.

I'm going to name AndreaMarie "Poster of the Year"! Thanks so much for the info - adding another fruit will definitely work - he loves fruit! This means that I can possibly get a fruit smoothie in him before or after dinner because he usually wants to munch at this time!

Thanks for this post Andrea! I especially needed the Take-Off 2 info, since I don't have the TakeOff Juice. Is there an ounce limit on the meats for TakeOff 1 or is it unlimited?

Default Peanut Butter/Nuts?

Lots of good information in here - thanks a lot! In the numbered plans, how much peanut butter is 1 protein? Also nuts?
