LosersRwinners? Race to 20? Thinkins? The Featherweights? The Onderlanders? (highlanders)..... The Waistaways (castaways)............... Move-It "n" Lose-It ......... Happy Weighs (happy days) ummmmm
I was horrible diet-wise yesterday....... I'm really going to have to put a lot of extra effort in the next few weeks to make up for it
You and me both!!!
I went to the doc to have all of my Pre-Op preparations done and I think it just made me more stressed and nervous. I stress ate like crazy last night! Me and a bag of Lindor Truffles had a major make out session!
kimberly, why are you going in instead of your hubby? it is so easy for them. my husband went in and by the next day was back to normal. you are going to be hurting for a while
Oh, and btw, a little positivity would be nice, lol! I am prepared for the recovery, I just went through a C-Section! (Also had one with my first DS)
And to answer any questions, I didnt have my tubes tied during my C-Section because I wasnt aware I had to approve it through my insurance at least a month in advance, so I had to wait until they approved it which wasnt until Dec 1, and DS was born November 11.
Hello all..I am happy to report that I completed 12 miles this week with Leslie Sansone!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Kimberly: I admire the way you are proactively taking charge of your BC. As old as I am, I still get PG scares every now and then, lol. It seems like it would be a relief to have one less stressor to worry about . After the surgery, try not to rush back too quickly to your normal routine...take your time and let your hubby pamper you .

Thanks, I needed that today!! We are positive we dont want any more kids, and I am in Nursing school and DH is starting college this fall, so another baby would be a little much!
No movement since the initial three, which leads me to believe is was mostly all water.. ah well.. Liz and I are planning a full blown TO tomorrow and Tuesday, so hopefully that will help both of us.
As for the topic on hand, ironically, I have an appointment on Tuesday to see a urologist to talk about me going under the knife. I have mixed feelings about this as I wouldn't mind having more kids but Liz doesn't.. Also, I figured that with all the meds she's one for anxiety and a mild heart condition, I should be the one to do this so it's one less thing for her to have to take...
