ok. I am changing my ticker. I lost 11.2 lbs in Jan. but I was up from christmas so I didnt' want to count the first 8. I only wanted to count the 20 from 180 to 160. which would leave me only 20 more to lose. but that makes it look like I only last 3 lbs for the month when I really did have a good month. So that puts me 11.2 in. which makes me not feel like I failed so much.

Hey Lettie......my DH is in Poplar Bluff today on business.......how far is that from you? He said there is ice devastation everywhere.....he can hardly believe his eyes.

Ah, but let us look at what we lost in ONE month:
Kim: 10 lbs
Lettie: 11 lbs
Nicole: 12 lbs
Charlene: 5 lbs
Kimberly: 5.6 lbs
Joni: 4 lbs
Dan: 5 lbs (update this if it is more....this is what the last post I found said)
Amylou: 10 lbs
Cecilia: 2 lbs

And if I missed anyone.......please, share your loss for January. There are a lot of people working really hard, and that is soooo good. No matter how big or how small a loss is........it is a loss, and 1 + 1 equals 2. (brilliant, don't ya think.....)

And KIM.....you are losing....and it is wonderful. You have had a very steady trend this time around. Whooohoooo for you.
