Are you losing weight??
How are you doing with 1000 calories a day? I'm doing 1200 which was always the old rule of thumb for weight loss and I'm not losing like I used to.

I'm so proud of myself. I've been OP since I started....at least eating wise. my exercising is another deal. January I was very good but lately in Feb it's like I lost my groove

Do you believe that not drinking enough water really hurts your weight loss?

I'm okay with the eating too. I just can't get the exercise going. I'm thinking about checking out my local curves.

I am gonna go back on slim fast cuz I lost alot of weight on it. Recently, I was put on hormones medicine for my thyroid. Now, I know why the weight wasn't coming off. I'm gonna put some frozen fruits with my shake in a blender and add some whey protein. Do you have any more suggestions? I'd love to chat with you about losing weight and we can give each other support.

I use my slimfast products as part of a 1200 calorie diet. What else do you eat? How much did you lose last time?
