Intuitive Eating

Hi everyone!

My name is Rachelle and I just read a book about intuitive eating. I am starting out on this new way of eating (it's not supposed to be a diet) and I wanted to get some experiences and thoughts with others who have tried it. Anything would be great!

There is an ongoing thread on Intuitive Eating in this forum. I'd suggest you take a look in there. It will probably be your best source of information rather than starting new posts in numerous places.
